Presentation: Community Wildfire Preparedness and Mitigation Division. Office of the State Fire Marshal staff will discuss the latest in wildfire science research and structure vulnerabilities as they relate to Fire Hazard Severity Zones, the new defensible space requirements intended to mitigate wildfire hazards, and Building and Fire code requirements intended to protect structures from wildfires.
